Learning to paint is what I just called it "learning". Being a self-taught artist was something for me to understand. If someone was to ask me over five yrears ago, could I see myself as an artist I would have told them no. Never understanding the concepts of colors and different mediums I would even know what to say.
Even now I'm still learning and watching other artist techniques. One thing I've come to see and learn is, I can't grasp other artist work when looking. It's truly a divine gift from GOD.
Every painting or digital piece of art I do, I learn to imagine and go from what I feel on the inside of me. The thought of what I imagine to paint or draw comes from the thoughts I see. Formation of each stroke of the brush and the grip of the mouse brings the thought of each stroke and then out comes the imagination into existence. I hope you enjoy the site.
